The JAG Committee is supported by three Working Groups (for Training, Units and Individuals). The Chair of each of these Working Groups also sits on, and reports to, the JAG Committee. The members of the Working Groups are drawn from a wide range of professionals across the UK endoscopy community, most of whom do not sit on the main JAG Committee.

The Working Groups meet quarterly, with business in between meetings conducted by email. They receive administrative support from the JAG Office.
