The JAG Visit Report is the document that is prepared by the JAG Visit Team for the Unit. All JAG Visit Reports go through a rigorous vetting process that includes consultation with the Unit.

There are three main outcomes that may result from a JAG Visit; however there are always exceptions to the rules and each visit is considered individually. The following is a guide only. Any irregularities that fall outside of the following categories should be advised by the JAG Visit Team.

• Certified for five years
• Deferred (provisional)
• Certification No Certification
