Madeline is the former programme manager for the IQAS, QPIDS and IQILS accreditation programmes.

As JAG accreditation programme manager, Madeline is responsible for the operational management of the programme, including assessments. She will also be working with the JAG chair and clinical lead along with the steering groups to shape the programme's strategy, development and expansion.

Madeline previously worked as programme manager for IQIPS, an accreditation programme for diagnostic services in the UK.

Laura is a project manager for JAG accreditation. Laura is currently leading on a project to accredit insourcing providers, as well as other projects to support services on their accreditation journey.

Prior to joining the JAG team, Laura worked for the allergy and immunology accreditation programmes.

Rachel is a senior programme coordinator for JAG and is responsible for the management of JAG service assessments and supporting services through their accreditation process. Rachel is also involved in supporting the insourcing provider accreditation programme. 

Prior to joining the JAG accreditation team, Rachel worked for the NHS as a programme administrator for a research programme.

Abi is responsible for overseeing JAG communications, resources, training, and finances. She is also responsible for supporting services through the accreditation process.

Prior to joining the JAG accreditation team, Abi worked within the NHS as a physician associate.

Alex is responsible for managing the JAG accreditation assessors and the AU lay assessors. This involves maintaining strong relationships with assessors, developing resources to support JAG assessors, and recruiting and training assessors. 

She previously worked as a JAG programme administrator in the JAG programme.  

Jeff is responsible for managing services annual reviews and assessments and also oversees the allocation of assessors for quality assurance.

Prior to joining JAG, Jeff had extensive NHS experience including across various specialities as an administration services manager at an acute trust.

Juliette coordinates the communications for JAG accreditation including social media, newsletters, articles etc. She works to deliver workshops and training events, supports financial reporting, and manages engagement and outreach, with a particular focus on Wales and the Republic of Ireland. She also supports services through their accreditation process.

Jennifer is an Administrator within JAG, supporting the coordination of accreditation assessments and site visits. She works closely with assessors and services, helping to keep assessments on track and supporting accreditation enquiries.

Prior to joining JAG, Jennifer worked as a Quality Manager for a small business and as an Administrator at the University of Liverpool.

Rachel is a programme administrator for the JAG Accreditation team. Rachel assists with enquiries, supports the delivery of training for services, maintains external documents on the website, and facilitates new registrations and invoicing. She also supports services through their accreditation process.

Prior to joining the accreditation unit, Rachel worked in outdoor education and video production.
