Tim Shaw

Tim manages the JAG accreditation programme; working closely with the clinical leadership team and other senior members of the accreditation unit at the Royal College of Physicians, Tim is responsible for the development and direction of the programme.

Before being appointed JAG programme manager, Tim launched the IQAS and QPIDS accreditation programmes (allergy and immunology), and worked on the SEQOHS accreditation programme (occupational health). Before joining the Royal College of Physicians, Tim worked for a national community pharmacy body in their information department, and prior to this, in the education sector.

Raphael Broughton

Raphael has overall responsibility for each of the online webtools that JAG runs. He is involved particularly in the training and developmental elements of the JAG programme (JETS for trainee certification, the Clinical endoscopist training programme and the national endoscopy database). Raphael also manages Bowel Cancer Screening Programme accreditation.

Prior to working at the Royal College of Physicians, Raphael worked at the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music.

Eva Lynch

Eva is the JAG assessment manager, with a team of administrators she is responsible for the smooth running of the JAG service assessments and managing our team of assessors.

Prior to working in the accreditation unit, Eva worked as a patient pathway coordinator for colorectal cancer at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust.

Carolyn Charlton

Carolyn is a coordinator in the JAG team, with particular responsibility for overseeing the annual reassessment process followed by endoscopy services to renew their accreditation.

Prior to joining the accreditation unit, Carolyn worked at the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).

Michael Dron

Michael is a coordinator, with particular responsibility for developing the webtools and JAG's online presence.

Prior to working at the Royal College of Physicians, Michael managed a public inquiry sponsored by the Northern Ireland Office (NIO).

Joe Wilton

Accreditation unit administrator - Joe.Wilton@rcplondon.ac.uk - 020 3075 1737

Joe is an administrator, responsible for managing assessments of endoscopy services and supporting endoscopy services through the assessment process. In addition to this, Joe is involved in the BCSP screener accreditation programme (SAAS).

Prior to joining the accreditation unit, Joe worked at Network Rail in their human resources department.

Viktoria Nemeth

Viktoria is an administrator with particular responsibility for the Clinical Endoscopist training programme, run in collaboration with Health Education England (HEE). 

Prior to joining the accreditation unit Viktoria worked as an executive assistant at a private tuition centre, and as a conference producer in renewable energies.
