Tim Shaw

Tim manages the JAG accreditation programme; working closely with the clinical leadership team and other senior members of the accreditation unit at the Royal College of Physicians, Tim is responsible for the development and direction of the programme.

Before being appointed JAG programme manager, Tim launched the IQAS and QPIDS accreditation programmes (allergy and immunology), and worked on the SEQOHS accreditation programme (occupational health). Before joining the Royal College of Physicians, Tim worked for a national community pharmacy body in their information department, and prior to this, in the education sector.

Raphael Broughton

Raphael has overall responsibility for each of the online webtools that JAG runs. He is involved particularly in the training and developmental elements of the JAG programme (JETS for trainee certification, the Clinical endoscopist training programme and the national endoscopy database). Raphael also manages Bowel Cancer Screening Programme accreditation.

Prior to working at the Royal College of Physicians, Raphael worked at the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music.

Eva Lynch

Eva is the JAG assessment manager, with a team of administrators she is responsible for the smooth running of the JAG service assessments and managing our team of assessors.

Prior to working in the accreditation unit, Eva worked as a patient pathway coordinator for colorectal cancer at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust.

Michael Dron

Michael is a coordinator, with particular responsibility for developing the webtools and JAG's online presence.

Prior to working at the Royal College of Physicians, Michael managed a public inquiry sponsored by the Northern Ireland Office (NIO).

Joe Wilton

JAG coordinator - Joe.Wilton@rcplondon.ac.uk - 020 3075 1737

Joe is a coordinator, with particular responsibility for overseeing the accreditation of individual endoscopists via the JETS and SAAS websites. 

Prior to joining the accreditation unit, Joe worked at Network Rail in their human resources department.

Viktoria Nemeth

Viktoria is an administrator with particular responsibility for the Clinical Endoscopist training programme, run in collaboration with Health Education England (HEE). 

Prior to joining the accreditation unit Viktoria worked as an executive assistant at a private tuition centre, and as a conference producer in renewable energies.

Chelsea Plowman

Chelsea is an administrator responsible for managing assessments of endoscopy services, supporting services through the assessment process, and administering training days and committee meetings. 

Prior to joining the accreditation unit, Chelsea worked as a ministerial services coordinator at New Zealand Police. 

  


 
 

Rachel McSorley

Rachel is an administrator with a particular responsibility for managing assessments and supporting services through their accreditation process, as well as overlooking all invoicing and fee management for participating services. 

Prior to joining the accreditation unit Rachel worked as a stock production assistant at a jewellery company. 


Emma Robinson

Emma is a project coordinator with particular responsibility for JAG accreditation in the Devolved Nations and Ireland, as well as working on the Paediatric Global Rating Scale (GRS) and other accreditation developments. 

Prior to joining the accreditation unit, Emma worked as an editorial project manager at a publishing company.


 

Margaret Stansfield

Margaret is a coordinator with particular responsibility for overseeing JAG assessments, as well as the Global Rating Scale (GRS). 

Prior to joining the accreditation unit, Margaret worked as a Radiology/Imaging coordinator for a number of independent hospitals on Harley Street, London.
