Ninma Sheshi

JAG programme manager (data and training)

Ninma oversees all aspects of JAG training activity, including JETS, JETS Workforce, and the Bowel Cancer Screening Accreditation Programme. She also leads the management and development of the National Endoscopy Database (NED). Working closely with JAG clinical leads, Ninma focuses on endoscopy training and the educational and certification pathways that support it.

Prior to joining the team, Ninma was Project Manager for the National Audit of Inpatient Falls, part of the Falls and Fragility Fractures Audit Programme at the Royal College of Physicians. Her earlier experience includes operational roles in the charity sector and management consultancy work at KPMG.

Madeline Bano

JAG accreditation programme manager 

Madeline is the former programme manager for the IQAS, QPIDS and IQILS accreditation programmes. As JAG accreditation programme manager, Madeline is responsible for the operational management of the programme, including assessments. She will also be working with the JAG chair and clinical lead along with the steering groups to shape the programme's strategy, development and expansion.

Madeline previously worked as programme manager for IQIPS, an accreditation programme for diagnostic services in the UK.


Joe Wilton

JAG project coordinator (data and training)

Joe is a coordinator, with particular responsibility for overseeing the accreditation of individual endoscopists via the BCSA websites. 

Prior to joining the accreditation unit, Joe worked at Network Rail in their human resources department.

Rachel Nelson

JAG senior project coordinator (data and training)

Rachel is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the JETS Workforce programme, including running courses, communications, and liaising with regional academies. She is also responsible for managing JAG regional training centres and courses.

Prior to joining the team, Rachel worked on the JAG accreditation team, so she will be a familiar face and name.


Alex Seth

JAG senior project coordinator (data and training)

Alex is a senior coordinator supporting the National Endoscopy Database (NED) and JETS. He is also responsible for overseeing wider data and research projects.

Prior to the accreditation unit he worked in an administrative role in Spire Healthcare.

   

Thabo Nhemachena

JAG senior programme coordinator 

Thabo is the senior programme coordinator for JAG, responsible for the management of JAG service assessments, JAG assessors and annual reviews. He is also responsible for supporting services through their accreditation process. 

Prior to joining the accreditation unit, Thabo was working for BUPA as a health advisor.


Sarah Campbell

JAG project manager (data and training)

Sarah is a project manager for the JAG Training team. Sarah's role includes working on the delivery and development of JETS, JETS Workforce and BCSA programmes. 

In her current role, she is responsible for the launches of new pathways on the JETS website, as well as improvement projects in her workstreams, including web development work.

She previously worked as the senior project coordinator for JETS and BCSA

Laura Bewley

JAG project manager 

Laura is a project manager for JAG accreditation. Laura is currently leading on a project to accredit insourcing providers, as well as other projects to support services on their accreditation journey.

Prior to joining the JAG team, Laura worked for the allergy and immunology accreditation programmes.

         

Rachel McAvoy

JAG project coordinator 

Rachel is a project coordinator for JAG responsible for managing services annual reviews and assessments. Rachel also oversees various projects, such as assessor recruitment.

Prior to joining the JAG accreditation team, Rachel worked for the NHS as a programme administrator for a research programme.

Hena Sharif

JAG project coordinator (data and training)

Hena is a project coordinator responsible for supporting the delivery of the JETS Workforce programme, including overseeing and running training courses, managing communications, and coordinating teaching faculty.

She previously worked as a programme administrator for JETS, JETS Workforce, and National Endoscopy Database (NED).

Amy Cottrell

JAG project coordinator (data and training)

Amy is a project coordinator for the JAG data and training team, working on the National Endoscopy Database (NED) and JETS. She is responsible for developing and reviewing new training pathways, working with ERS suppliers and endoscopy sites on data upload to NED, and working on system improvements for both programmes.

Ryan Briggs

JAG project administrator (data and training)

Ryan is a programme administrator for JAG data and training team. He focuses on supporting projects and providing admin support for Bowel Cancer Screener Accreditation (BCSA).


Juliette Angell

JAG programme coordinator

Juliette is a programme coordinator for JAG, responsible for communications and engagement with JAG services. She produces JAG service training sessions and she has a focus on improvement projects for JAG. She is also responsible for supporting services through their accreditation process.


Lucy Hopkins

JAG project administrator (data and training)

Lucy is an administrator for JAG data and training team. She focuses on supporting projects and providing admin support for JETS and JETS Workforce.

Prior to joining the team, Lucy worked as a supervisor in spa and wellness.

 


Abi Hansford

JAG senior programme coordinator

Abi is a senior programme coordinator for the JAG accreditation team. She is responsible for engagement and outreach work, delivering training and resources and supporting services through their accreditation process.

Prior to joining the JAG accreditation team, Abi worked as a Physician Associate in paediatrics in the NHS.



 

Nathan Holbrook

JAG project administrator (data and training)

Nathan is an administrator for JAG data and training team. He focuses on supporting projects and providing admin support for JETS Workforce and Admin and Clerical.

Previous to joining the JAG team, Nathan worked as a Business Adviser for a public sector organisation in New Zealand.
