The JAG office team manage the day to day activities of all aspects of the JAG accreditation programme. You can also read about the JAG clinical team here


Madeline Bano

Madeline is responsible for the management of the JAG programme. She works with our clinical leads and JAG steering group on programme strategy, development and expansion. Madeline has a wealth of experience from previously managing the liver, allergy and immunology accreditation programmes within the accreditation unit.

Prior to joining us at the accreditation unit, Madeline worked on managing the anti-doping programmes for major events across the UK.


 

Raphael Broughton

Raphael has overall responsibility for each of the online webtools that JAG runs. He is involved particularly in the training and developmental elements of the JAG programme (JETS for trainee certification, the Clinical endoscopist training programme and the national endoscopy database). Raphael also manages Bowel Cancer Screening Programme accreditation.

Prior to working at the Royal College of Physicians, Raphael worked at the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music.

Eva Lynch

Eva is the JAG assessment manager, with a team of administrators she is responsible for the smooth running of the JAG service assessments and managing our team of assessors.

Prior to working in the accreditation unit, Eva worked as a patient pathway coordinator for colorectal cancer at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust.

Cynthia Yim

Cynthia is responsible for the smooth running of JAG training programmes and the Bowel Cancer Screening accreditation programme. Cynthia has particular responsibility for developing and managing the national roll out of the JETS workforce programme. 

Prior to joining the accreditation unit, Cynthia worked in the examinations department of the Royal College of Physicians. Before joining the Royal College of Physicians, Cynthia completed a BSc (Hons) in Biomedical Science at St George's, University of London. 

 

Joe Wilton

Joe is a coordinator, with particular responsibility for overseeing the accreditation of individual endoscopists via the JETS and BCSA websites. 

Prior to joining the accreditation unit, Joe worked at Network Rail in their human resources department.

Emma Robinson

Emma has particular responsibility for the delivery of accreditation developments and smooth running of JAG communications. 

Prior to joining the accreditation unit, Emma worked as an editorial project manager at a publishing company.


 

 

Margaret Stansfield

Margaret is a coordinator with particular responsibility for overseeing JAG assessments, as well as the Global Rating Scale (GRS). 

Prior to joining the accreditation unit, Margaret worked as a Radiology/Imaging coordinator for a number of independent hospitals on Harley Street, London. 



   




 

Maeve Jordan

Maeve is an administrator responsible for managing assessments and supporting services through the assessment process. She is also responsible for administering training days and committee meetings. 

Prior to joining the accreditation unit, Maeve was working for the NHS in administrative support for a specialist nursing team.


 

 

Rachel McSorley

Rachel is an administrator with a particular responsibility for managing assessments and supporting services through their accreditation process, as well as overseeing all invoicing and subscription management for participating services. 

Prior to joining the accreditation unit Rachel worked as a stock production assistant at a luxury jewellery company. 

Loretta Frimpong

Loretta is an administrator responsible for supporting the JETS programme for trainee certification, the National Endoscopy Database (NED) and administering committee meetings.




Fionnuala Burke

Fionnuala is an administrator responsible for supporting the endoscopy workforce through the JETS Workforce programme and supporting the Bowel Cancer Service Accreditation (BCSA). She is responsible for overseeing the accreditation of individual endoscopists, administering meetings and training days, whilst providing support to wider projects. 

Prior to joining the accreditation unit, Fionnuala worked as a teacher.
