This article brings together two voices from the same health board – an experienced JAG coordinator and an endoscopy nurse, new to the JAG Accreditation process. Both provide their insights into why accreditation is important, along with the challenges and successes they faced throughout their journey to achieving accreditation. They explore an understanding of the dedication and teamwork required to meet the GRS standards and how important it is for the team to focus on patient care, training, and service improvement.
