Job opportunity - Chair of the Bowel Cancer Screener Accreditation panel

JAG provide accreditation for Bowel Cancer Screening endoscopists. We are looking for a new chair for the group who oversee this work.

The chair of the BCSA panel provides leadership and direction to the group and to the JAG office team. The panel have responsibility for monitoring, developing and reviewing activities related to accreditation application and assessments. They also have a key role in quality assurance and oversight of programme delivery.

The appointment is for 2 years, renewable for a further year by agreement, and will be funded at 0.25 PAs a week (or equivalent).

• Short CV (focussed on endoscopy-related achievements and leadership experience)

Interviews for short-listed applicants will be held at the Royal College of Physicians in London on Tuesday 19 May 2020. The successful applicant will be required to take up appointment no later than 1 June 2020 and must attend the BCSA accreditation panel meeting on Wednesday 10 June 2020.
