We have launched a new support feature to help you find the answer to your JAG queries.
How it works
The new JAG bot will be able to guide you with your JAG related questions and will try to find an answer to your query.
We have recently updated our FAQ articles in the JAG help centre. The JAG bot searches for articles that we have written from the keywords that you provide. If the JAG bot doesn’t answer your query, you can also search the help centre for further information, or it will put you in touch with us.
The purpose of the JAG bot is to get you an immediate answer to a question that we have been asked before. We will still be here to answer any questions that the JAG bot cannot help with.
How to use the new JAG bot
You can access the JAG bot in the bottom right corner of the JAG website. Simply click to open, and you will be greeted by the JAG bot. You can follow the preset questions and answers by clicking the options that correspond to your query, or you can type keywords from your query and the JAG bot will work hard to provide a helpful answer.
If you can’t quite find what you are looking for, then you can submit your query to our helpdesk via our webform and the JAG office team will work hard to find a solution for you.
