We recently launched our new contact forms on each of our websites to allow you to contact us for support queries.

 Within the forms, you will be prompted to enter all the information we need to be able to automatically assign your query to the best team member to respond, allowing more efficient answering of queries. The forms will also show FAQ’s that may solve your query immediately.

We strongly encourage use of the web form over our email address as this is the most efficient way to capture the information we need from you in order to respond in a timely manner. You will be asked for your full details, as well as the programme and type of query, meaning we are able to filter the support ticket to the correct team and provide answers quicker. 

Please note:  As of 1 January 2025, our old email address askjag@rcplondon.ac.uk will no longer exist, and the JAG team will not receive any emails sent to this address.
