Following the update to our UK standards in October 2021, and our ROI standards in October 2022,  we have phased out the GRS October/April census. This means that unaccredited services in the ROI & UK no longer have to complete the census in October and April.

Instead, we have made it possible for services to open a self-assessment at any time and start self-assessing against our standards. You may find our self-assessment plan on our resources page helpful for sharing this workload amongst your team. We have an FAQ on setting up new users on the site.

You can keep track of which standards your service is currently meeting by selecting the 'standard met/standard not met' options on the right hand side of the screen. The answers to these questions will be saved automatically and be visible to the whole team. Once a service is meeting all level B and C standards, we recommend that you complete your evidence upload and request an assessment.

To open a new self-assessment, go to your assessment dashboard and go to the 'Assessment' tab. There should be a button at the top of the page saying 'Open a self-assessment'. If this button hasn't appeared, please email us at AskJAG@rcp.ac.uk.
